Wiremesh Belt For Chip Conveyer

Bulk materials and metal scraps are not delivered the same way; they are irregularly shaped, hot, and jagged. An ordinary conveyor belt cannot last very long. Machine shop scrap is continuously delivered using the Wiremesh belt that we build specifically for the Chip Conveyer System.

The Wiremesh pattern is determined by chip size and coolant flow; if the mesh openings are too large, small chip pieces will pass through. If the mesh is too tight the cooling fluid will have a difficult time draining. We take the above items into consideration when designing a wire belt.

The type of material used for manufacture is determined based on the material’s temperature and exposure to rust and corrosion. We add thickness to the wire to accommodate the added weight from CNC machines.

The Wiremesh belts can be constructed and reinforced with a proper side cover to prevent side wear. The positioning of all joints is done precisely to ensure the belt moves smoothly over the roller chain. We check for straightness and tautness prior to shipment.
