Drive Wheel

A machine's operation relies on one key part - a drive wheel. If there is poor traction or improper balance, it can result in a system failure. We build our Drive Wheel Units with the highest standards of quality (strength, capacity, and smooth rotation) for industrial and mobile applications. Our manufacturing facility is based in Ahmedabad, and we distribute throughout Gujarat and many states in India.

We choose our size of wheels based on the needs of the application. Heavy equipment requires wider wheels; lighter machinery requires narrow wheels that still have an exact bore finish. We maintain strict machining tolerances to minimize any vibration at high speeds. We inspect the bearing fitment very closely as a loose assembly will decrease the life of the bearing.

We also choose the material of the wheel depending on the type of surface they will be mounted on and the load that will be placed on them. For wheels that will be mounted on smooth surfaces, we recommend a high-quality polyurethane coating, while on rough surfaces we manufacture using heavier duty materials. We check the coupling of the shaft is aligned before shipping.

All Drive Wheels that we manufacture undergo testing for concentricity & load-bearing capacity. We do not just rely on design calculations. We also perform actual operating tests.
