Pizza Oven Blower Motor

Quality of product produced in a pizza oven is dependent upon heat circulating through the oven. When air flow is uneven, some portions of the pizza oven will receive hot air continuously, thus developing hot spots on the pizza. Hot spots will greatly affect both pizza structure and time required to bake the pizza. The motor is designed to withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures. The insulation grade used in the manufacture of the motor is properly chosen to ensure that the winding will not fail after being exposed to high oven temperatures for extended periods of time. Alignments of the shafts and their balancing are checked to prevent vibration at high speeds. Generation of proper air flow through a pizza oven depends on stable and consistent RPMs, so we conduct speed tests on the motors when they are running.

The housing of the pizza oven blower motor is designed to fit inside of the various types of pizza ovens. For smaller compact ovens, we use motors that are compact in size and take up less space. For larger ovens such as conveyor ovens, we use motors with greater air delivery performance.
