Milk Pump

The process of supplying milk seems simple when looking at it from a written point of view, but in an actual dairy operation this can be changed due to many factors affecting the flow stability (such as sudden decreases in the amount of pressure or uneven suction). Our manufacturing knowledge and experience makes all the difference in the world when it comes to functioning properly in this type of application. Based out of Ahmedabad, we manufacture units designed for continuous use in dairy across all of Gujarat and India.

Our Milk Pumps are built with food grade stainless steel and have very smooth internal surfaces, so there is nowhere for the milk to stick. The impellers are properly balanced to reduce vibrations which helps with extending the life of the bearings and maintaining a stable operation for long periods of time. The seals we use depend on a variety of factors, including the cleaning cycle and temperature they will be seeing during operation; therefore we work with customers and clients on their actual plant layouts to determine what type of seals to use for their applications.

The Milk Pump can be used in the following areas: Milk Chilling Plants, Dairy Processing Units, Paneer Lines and Milk Collection Centre’s. To properly determine the flow rate and motor size, we use the length of the pipe as well as the vertical height of the application to help us make sure that we do not provide random capacity that exceeds or falls short, which will cause overload and power to be wasted.

Every unit is leak tested, noise tested, and suction tested prior to being shipped out to customers on a national level (Ahmedabad, Gujarat and all other states in India), but with services that are practical and easy to understand.
