Open space affects how well processes work together in terms of cooling, drying, and washing. If the air cannot flow freely, your production speed will be slower. With our Flat Flex or Ladder Belt systems, you will have as much open area as possible while still supporting the structural integrity of the belt. Within our facility located in Ahmedabad, we supply these belts to hundreds of Industries located throughout Gujarat and other states in India.

Due to the open area nature of the Ladder style belt design, airflow, water, and heat can all flow freely through the belt. By allowing for fast and even cooling and processing, this type of belt will provide the results you need. Wire materials can be selected based on temperature and surrounding conditions. We will also use an appropriate grade of wire for high-temperature applications to ensure that the belt does not warp. For food grade belts, the finish must be of high quality to meet stringent cleanliness standards.

The pitch and spacing between rods are determined based on the size of your product. Tight configurations should be used for smaller products, and larger cross rods should be used for large/heavy loads. It is important to us that all designs are custom to meet the specifications of the end user.

All products are checked for tracking accuracy prior to production to prevent drifting from the sides during operation.
