Motor Drivers & Controllers

If the speed fluctuates on a machine then it is only useful if the speed remains stable when the load fluctuates. Our motor drivers and controllers manufactured at our facility in Ahmedabad are used to provide precise control over the acceleration, deceleration and running speed of numerous types of industrial equipment (e.g. conveyors, packaging machines, textile machines, automation and laboratory equipment) where the ability to control the motion of a piece of equipment will directly affect the quality of the product produced.

There are a variety of types of motor drivers and controllers that we manufacture at our Ahmedabad facility including: AC drive systems which provide energy efficient operation of AC motors; DC motor speed controllers that can be used for variable speed control of DC motors; compact controller systems designed for installation in space constrained cabinets; and programmable motor controllers that can be used for synchronized movement of multiple motors.

Each of our motor controllers is designed with attention to accurate feedback response to control the motor's speed; smooth frequency control to eliminate unpleasant vibration in machinery; and proper heat dissipation to allow the motor to continue to operate at peak performance levels during extended periods of service.

We design and manufacture all of our motor controllers based upon actual operating conditions such as the level of electrical supply voltage, the temperature of the environment in which the motor will be operating, and the number of stop-and-start operations that will occur on each machine.

By building motor controllers that utilise a robust enclosure, provide reliable circuit protection, and are simple to program and setup for operation the maintenance teams of machine manufacturers in Ahmedabad and of production facilities throughout India can more easily manage their motor controllers with a minimal of adjustments.
