Special Purpose Gear Motor

The working conditions for machines developed to be custom built often do not match up with standard drive sizes.  Based in Ahmedabad, we construct specialty gear motors  that fit the design and requirements associated with the application and not the application being adjusted to fit the drive motor. Our products can be found in many applications including floor maintenance machines, car wash operations, boom barriers, blowers for pizza ovens, lifting mechanisms for mesh and many, many other applications across Gujarat and throughout all types of industrial sectors in India.

To develop the appropriate gear motor for an application, we study the following: duty cycle, start-up torque, available mounting space, ambient temperature, and speed needs of the application. For applications that will have some low speed & high power required, we produce high torque, low RPM geared motors; for applications requiring continuous rotation, we build gear motors in  compact sizes with limited maximum temperatures (to avoid thermal expansion) and an equal distribution of load across each output shaft. The configuration of the shaft, design of the flange, the seal configuration, and the insulation class are selected based upon the actual conditions and requirements of the application.

The use of robust gear geometries, correct lubrication systems, and vibration-free operation of the motor create drive systems that will last for hours of operation without requiring any maintenance. Providing the OEM machine builder in Ahmedabad and the equipment builder throughout India with our specialty gear motors makes the design process easier because it requires less alignment work and produces a consistent performance in applications for which the standard product base does not meet functional requirements.
