Compound Balance Belt

When the load is relatively light in weight but there is a high quantity of it, the strength of the belt becomes extremely important. Products with very small parts and light-weight food products require very close mesh support without bending or stretching throughout the conveyor's operation. We build Compound Balance Belt systems for these very specific types of conveying systems. The compound woven structure provides for tighter pitch and a better loading distribution. This design also reduces the amount of product falling through the mesh, while providing for proper air circulation. The diameter of the wire is selected based upon the working temperature and speed at which the conveyor will be operated. If the conveyor will be used in a furnaces or ovens for baking, a heat resistant material will be selected. If the conveyor is for general use, our emphasis will be on flexibility and providing a smooth travel.

The edges of each belt are carefully finished to reduce the chance of having frayed edges. We verify that the joint of each belt is properly aligned prior to shipping, since improper joint alignment will cause the belt to vibrate when it rotates. We also verify the tracking of each belt on our test rollers to ensure it will run straight.
