Due to their exposure to moisture, washdown cleaning, and outside installation requirements, standard drives typically cannot withstand the type of work environment provided by washdown cleaning and other forms of wet exposure for long periods.

As a result, we engineer waterproof gear motors in our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility to perform reliably in water, damp, or frequently cleaned work environments. Our waterproof gear motors are used in various industries, such as food processing lines (i.e., dairy equipment), chemical plants, marine applications, outdoor automation systems, and other industrial facilities located throughout Gujarat and surrounding areas.

We design our gear motor/motor assemblies utilizing sealed housings (i.e., sealed enclosures), corrosion-resistant materials, and high protection ratings to prevent water ingress during continuous operation.

We build waterproof DC gear motors for low-voltage drive systems as well as compact geared motors for space-saving machine layouts. Our gear motor assemblies utilize correct shaft sealing, stainless steel hardware components, and specialty surface finishes to maintain performance in high-moisture environments.

Balanced rotation, controlled temperature increases, and consistent torque production enable our gear motors to operate for extended periods without damaging internal components.
