Green Field Mesh Lifting Geared Clutch Motor

It is essential to have controlled and reliable lifting of mesh structures when setting up new plants. A sudden slip or reverse rotation could jeopardise the safety of personnel during either installation or maintenance. We manufacture geared clutch motor units specifically designed for controlled positive loads when lifting using mesh structures in the Green Field (new) plant setup. Our manufacturing shop is located in Ahmedabad, where we manufacture and supply our products to customers throughout Gujarat and all India.

The geared system allows for the necessary torque for lift (at a lower rotational speed) to safely lift the mesh structure. The clutch assembly is properly integrated into the lift motor for the proper engagement and disengagement during the lifting process. Gear alignment is critical to ensure there is no shock to the lift motor and therefore steady torque is maintained throughout the entire lift.

We will confirm the rating of the geared clutch motor after receiving specifications for the lift height, the weight of the mesh and the cycle frequency. An oversized lift motor will be unnecessarily expensive and an undersized lift motor will overheat when in use. By understanding the actual site conditions, we can accurately size the lift motor.

Once manufactured, each Green Field mesh lifting geared clutch motor is thoroughly inspected to confirm that they will properly stop the mesh structure from lifting, smoothly rotate, and safely support a load after shipment.
